Make the most of your membership throughout the year.
A simple way to enjoy more family adventures together.
All sessions must be booked online at www.DJsPlay.co.uk. Only one forward play session can be booked in the system at any one time.
Only one adult is free per member email account. Additional adults and children must be booked and paid for.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel bookings. If a no-show occurs, this will be noted on your membership account. If this happens three times, your membership pass will be reviewed and management reserve the right to terminate the membership.
Photos of adults and children will be stored on the system for identification purposes in line with GDPR.
All siblings are chargeable or require a sibling membership, including newborns and babies under the age of 1 year old.
Play entry is only allowed in booked slots. Access is available after 1pm on weekends and after 1pm during October and February half terms.
The membership includes the applicable timetable of activities. An additional cost may apply to some activities. Special events are excluded from membership.
Membership payments, monthly payments and administration fees are non-refundable. For direct debit memberships, the first month plus the administration fee is paid upfront. You are committing to a minimum of 12 months' payments. After the initial 12-month period, one month's notice from the payment date must be given via email to cancel the monthly payment.
Rules of Play and any applicable COVID guidance rules apply at all times. DJ's Play reserve the right to terminate a membership pass for any breach of the rules or these Terms & Conditions.
No preferential treatment will be given to members. Entry to DJ's Play remains on a first come, first served basis. If a session is fully booked online, opening hours change or a centre closes early, no compensation will be paid.
The birthday child goes free to their own birthday party, provided the booking and party date fall within the valid membership dates.
Management reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions. Members will be given one month's notice via email of any changes.
Enjoy the freedom of membership across all three DJ's Play centres in Hertfordshire.
