Yes. Every customer entering the play centre requires a valid booking, including adults and children.

Do babies under 6 months need a ticket?

Babies under 6 months are free with a paying sibling and do not need to be added to the booking.

Is there a booking fee?

A £1 booking fee applies per booking.

Do carers receive free admission?

Essential companion tickets are available through the Access Card scheme.
