Childminder Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Your Play Sessions

All play sessions must be booked online at www.DJsPlay.co.uk. Only one forward play session can be booked in the system at any one time.

2. Cancellations & No Shows

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required via email at info@djsplay.co.uk to cancel bookings. If a no-show occurs, this will be noted on your membership account. If this happens three times, your membership pass will be reviewed and management reserve the right to terminate the membership. No refunds will be given.

3. Eligibility

The pass is available to OFSTED registered childminders. Proof of your OFSTED registration number will be required when taking out a childminder membership, along with photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.

4. Term Time Access

Play entry is restricted to Monday to Friday, during term time only. Membership is not valid for weekend bookings or school holiday bookings, including the summer holidays.

5. Photo ID & GDPR

Photos will be stored on the system for identification purposes in line with GDPR requirements. Photo ID must be complied with when using the membership pass.

6. Membership Pass Use

The pass allows 1 registered childminder to bring up to 4 children. The pass can only be used by the registered childminder pictured on the system. Only one adult is included per membership. Additional adults must pay the applicable entry fee.

7. Activities & Special Events

The membership includes the applicable timetable of activities. Additional costs may apply for activities provided by external class providers. Special events are excluded from the membership.

8. Membership Payments

All membership payments must be paid upfront and are non-refundable.

9. Rules of Play

Rules of Play apply at all times. DJ's Play reserve the right to terminate a membership pass for any breach of the Rules of Play or these Terms & Conditions.

10. Membership Is Non-Transferable

Photo ID must be provided when required. The membership pass is personal to the registered childminder and is not transferable.

11. Changes To Terms & Conditions

Management reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions. Members will be given one month's notice via email of any changes.
