Please understand our Rules of Play:

Whilst we are implementing considerable safety, hygiene and social distancing measures, we cannot guarantee that adults or children will not come into contact with others, nor do we accept liability for illness or symptoms, which may result during or after your visit.

Only food or drink purchased at DJ’s Cafe may be consumed on the premises (with the exception of baby food, which is typically allowed, at the discretion of management on the day).

Birthday cakes cannot be brought onto the premises unless a party has been booked with DJ’s.

Mascots/costumes/entertainers are not permitted, for insurance, licensing and child protection reasons.

No food or drinks, including sweets, are to be taken onto the play equipment.

Socks must be worn at all times by both adults and children. Shoes are not permitted on the play equipment.

DJ’s Play is a cashless play centre. Loyalty cards are no longer accepted, due to online booking and contactless entry.

Parents & Guardians must supervise the children in their care using the play facility at all times and be responsible for children in their care at parties.

Parents or Guardians must remain in the building at all times.

Adults should only go onto the equipment for the purpose of supervising/assisting children in their care.

Members of staff monitor the use of equipment and are not provided to supervise your children using the facilities.

No throwing or removal of balls/bricks or toys from the play area and no bullying/swearing or physical contact.

DJ’s Play does not accept liability for loss of personal items, theft or damage.

Do not climb the slides or play in front of the slide exits.

Wear appropriate clothing, ideally legs and arms should be covered to minimise the risk of personal injury. Hair should be tied back.

Jewellery / badges should be left with a responsible adult.

It is forbidden to climb up any of the netted walls or the external play structure.

Age restrictions on the play frame should be followed at all times.

Strictly no smoking and no chewing gum.
-
Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer or shatterproof lenses.

Management reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave.

You may be asked to leave because of sickness, diarrhoea or unruly behaviour – Refunds will not be given.

Management may alter times, prices, menus and equipment without prior notice.

Go Karts at Hemel Hempstead are charged at £1 a go by card payment. Children need to be age 3 to ride with a parent and age 4 on their own. No under 3's allowed - management reserve the right to decline entrance and ask for proof of age.

For child protection and security reasons we have CCTV in operation.
