Membership Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a membership constitutes acceptance of our Rules of Play and the following terms and conditions:

  1. All sessions must be booked online via www.djsplay.co.uk. Only one future booking may be held on the system at any one time.
  2. Only one free adult is included per membership account. Additional adults and children must be booked and paid for separately.
  3. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a booking. Three no-shows may result in the membership being reviewed and terminated.
  4. Photographs of adults and children will be stored on our booking system for identification purposes in line with GDPR.
  5. All siblings are chargeable or require their own membership, including babies under 1 year old.
  6. Weekend and half-term access is restricted to booked sessions after 1pm.
  7. Activity timetables are included where applicable. Additional charges may apply and special events are excluded.
  8. Memberships are currently offered as annual upfront payments only. Existing monthly payment members remain subject to their original agreement.
  9. Rules of Play apply at all times. DJ's Play reserves the right to terminate memberships for breaches of terms or centre rules.
  10. Membership does not guarantee admission. Entry remains subject to availability.
  11. The birthday child receives free entry to their own birthday party when booked during a valid membership period.
  12. Management reserves the right to amend membership terms with one month's notice via email.

Childminder Membership Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a Childminder Membership constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. All sessions must be booked online via www.djsplay.co.uk.
  2. 24 hours notice is required to cancel bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in membership termination.
  3. Membership is available exclusively to OFSTED registered childminders.
  4. Proof of OFSTED registration and photographic ID must be provided.
  5. Access is limited to Monday-Friday during school term time.
  6. Membership is not valid at weekends.
  7. Photographs will be stored for identification purposes in line with GDPR.
  8. Membership permits one registered childminder and up to four children.
  9. Only the named and photographed childminder may use the membership.
  10. Activity timetables are included where applicable. Special events are excluded.
  11. Membership payments are non-refundable.
  12. Memberships are non-transferable.
  13. Management reserves the right to amend terms with notice.

Summer Pass Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a Summer Pass constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. All sessions must be booked online via www.djsplay.co.uk.
  2. Only one free adult is included per membership account.
  3. 24 hours notice must be given in writing to cancel a booking.
  4. Repeated no-shows may result in membership termination.
  5. Photographs will be stored on our system for identification purposes.
  6. All siblings require either payment or their own membership.
  7. Summer Pass access is restricted to the advertised validity dates and times.
  8. Activity timetables are included where applicable. Special events are excluded.
  9. Please arrive promptly for your booked session.
  10. Rules of Play apply at all times.
  11. Membership does not guarantee admission if sessions are fully booked.
  12. Management reserves the right to amend terms with notice.

Childminder Summer Pass Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a Childminder Summer Pass constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  1. All sessions must be booked online via www.djsplay.co.uk.
  2. 24 hours notice is required to cancel bookings.
  3. Membership is only available to OFSTED registered childminders who already hold an annual DJ's Play Childminder Membership.
  4. Membership is valid Monday-Friday only during the advertised Summer Pass dates.
  5. Weekend access is excluded.
  6. Photographs will be stored for identification purposes in line with GDPR.
  7. Membership permits one registered childminder and up to four children.
  8. Only the registered childminder shown on the membership account may use the pass.
  9. Activity timetables are included where applicable. Special events are excluded.
  10. Membership payments are non-refundable.
  11. Memberships are non-transferable.
  12. Rules of Play apply at all times.
  13. Management reserves the right to amend terms with notice.
