Bookings & Admissions

• Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of our Rules of Play and these Terms & Conditions.
• No refunds will be given, including unattended bookings, late arrivals and booking errors.
• Session times are fixed start and finish times. Arriving late does not permit a later departure time.
• For example, a session booked from 9:30am to 11:15am must finish at 11:15am.
• We are unable to offer vouchers, credits or refunds for late arrivals.
• Reservations may be transferred if at least 24 hours' written notice is provided via email to info@djsplay.co.uk.
• Prices may differ for walk-in admissions and entry cannot be guaranteed without a pre-booked ticket.
• A £1 booking fee applies to all online bookings.

Session Information

• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled session.
• Guests must leave promptly at the end of their session to allow for cleaning and venue preparation.
• Food orders should be placed within the first hour of your visit.
• Peak pricing applies during weekends, school holidays and bank holidays.
• Off-Peak pricing applies Monday to Friday during school term time.

Payments & Vouchers

• DJ's Play is a cashless business and cash is not accepted at any location.
• Vouchers and postponed bookings remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Expired vouchers and postponed bookings cannot be extended.

Supervision & Entry

• All children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.
• Adults may not enter the play centre unless accompanying a child.
• Parents and guardians remain responsible for children in their care at all times.

Go Karts – Hemel Hempstead

• Go Karts are available at DJ's Play Park Hemel Hempstead only.
• Each ride costs £1.50 and must be paid by card.
• Children must meet the required height restrictions. Green Zone: Child may ride independently. Amber Zone: Child must ride with an adult. Red Zone: Child is unfortunately too small to ride.
• Maximum one child per go kart.

Half Price After School Offer

• Discount code AFTERSCHOOL must be applied when booking online.
• Valid on new online bookings only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Not valid with meal deals, hot drink deals, memberships or parties.
• The £1 booking fee remains payable in full.
• Valid at all three DJ's Play locations.
• DJ's Play reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
