Purchasing a ticket is acceptance of our rules of play and the following terms and conditions:

• No refunds will be given, this includes unattended bookings, late arrivals and booking errors.
• It is important you stick to your session times, arriving late does not allow you to stay later into another session. 
  Session times are start and end times, for example 9.30am start until 11.15am finish. 
  We are unable to offer vouchers or refunds on late arrivals to sessions.
• Once booked reservations cannot be refunded but may be transferred if more than 24 hours notice is given in writing to info@djsplay.co.uk
• Please arrive no more than 15 mins before your scheduled booking time and ensure you leave promptly at the end of your session to help us with cleaning time and turn around.
• Please order food within the first hour of your play session.
• Prices may differ on the door if you have not pre-booked your play session and entry is not guaranteed.
• Please note DJ's Play is now cashless, and we don't accept cash at any of our 3 sites.
• Go Karts are at Hemel Hempstead only and are £1.50 a go by card payment. Children need to be age 3 to ride with a parent and age 4 on their own. Available on request, we can not guarantee these will be opened during busy times.
• A £1 booking fee is applicable to online bookings. 
• Vouchers and postponed booking are held on our system for 12 months before they expire.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult age 18+. We not allow adults to enter without children. 
• Peak times refer to weekends, school holidays and bank holidays. Off peak times refer to Monday to Friday term time. 

• Half price after 3pm offer - AFTERSCHOOL code must be applied when booking. Only valid on new online bookings. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer including meal deal, hot drink deal, parties and memberships. DJ's Play may stop this offer at anytime. Booking fee applies at full price. Valid at all 3 DJ's Play sites.
